1. Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Important:
If we have already started processing or dispatched your order, we cannot cancel it.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately:

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before your order ships, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
    You must wait for delivery and then follow our Returns & Refunds Policy to send it back.

4. Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started, as these items are specially made for you.

5. Delayed or Out-of-Stock Orders

If your order is delayed or an item becomes out of stock, we will contact you immediately. You may choose to:

  • Wait for restock

  • Choose an alternative product

  • Receive a full refund
